Replacement Policy

We are focused on providing genuine products always.

Customers can request for replacement in any case of receiving a different/damaged product.

Replacement will be done after verification of images and video if required.

Replacement can be processed only once per order. Warranty period is counted from the day of order .

Please ensure the correct model is ordered and used.

Return Policy

Customer can opt to return any product only in case of delivered product is damaged or different from the order placed.

Return and refund will be processed immediately after we verify the images and Products.

Refund Policy

Customer will be refunded on cancellation of prepaid order before shipment.

If stocks are unavailable for any given order, then costumer will be refunded.

In case of prepaid order if the package is undelivered and has returned to us due to a courier issue, then the customer will be refunded.

Terms And Conditions

The warranty period is 1 month for any purchased product. All issues can be claimed within the period. Any claim after the period will not be accepted.

customer will be contacted in minimum 48-hour time after any claimed issue.

If status of a order is ‘delivered’ on database but costumer claims of ‘undelivered’ package, then the issue will be resolved on cooperation with courier and costumer side.

Replacement or Refund will not be accepted in case of wrong order claim after using the product. We will not be responsible for any phone damage due to wrong product use.

The refund amount may take up to 7-15 days to reflect for any transaction.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel any order go to Cancel Order link in ‘My Account’ after login.

Order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped/in transit/delivered to customer.

Order will be cancelled in case of incorrect shipping address.
